Here is a delicious and easy Lebanese fish recipe. The fish is baked with an amazing tahini sauce.
Recipe:
White Fish (Cod, Red Snapper, etc.): 1lb or ½ kg
Oil: 2Tbsp
White Onion: 1 Medium Size
Garlic: 3 cloves
Fresh Cilantro: 2-3 Tbsp (chopped)
Tahini: ¾ cup
Lemon: 1/3 cup
Water: 1.5 cup
Paprika: ¾ tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
White Pepper: ¼ tsp
Toasted Pine nuts and Almonds: 2 Tbsp of each
