Ingredients:
2 ripe medium bananas
1 1/3 cup(120 g) rolled oats
1 tablespoon cocoa/ carob powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1/3 cup(80 ml) hot water
~ 1/2 cup(120 g) natural yogurt
~1/4 cup(80 g) mascarpone
1 tablespoon honey(optional)
leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour
decorate with cocoa
