My first adventure in West Africa takes me to Ghana where I embark on a mission to trace the history of my grandad's life in Accra. He lived in Ghana's capital city during the late 50s and early 60s working as an engineer. My first assignment takes me to Tema Harbour, Ghana's largest port, which my grandad helped to build. With the help of my taxi driver Bismark, we attempt to get into the main port after visiting the fishing pier and market. The following day takes me back to Accra where I attempt to find Johno's favourite club and his house. After a chance meeting with Ghanaian journalist and historian Fritz Baffour at the Ghana Club, we work together to solve the mystery and give Johno the sendoff he deserves.
