My dear viewers, today I have come with a dessert recipe that we all love very much. Since semolina halva is a dessert that our people love and make quite frequently, I wanted to share this recipe with you Chef Oktay style. Ingredients List:
3 cups of fine semolina
2 cups of orange juice
2 tablespoons of peanuts
100 g of butter
1 teacup of flower oil
2.5 cups of water
2.5 cups granulated sugar

Preparation:
We put semolina into the pot, add oil and start frying on low heat. After frying for about 15 minutes, add pine nuts. Then we add butter. Prepare the syrup in a separate pot. Add water, sugar and orange juice. We mix the semolina well, as soon as the syrup boils, we turn off the heat and pour it into our halva. Add the zest of an orange. We put a lid on our halvah and let it brew. Enjoy!

Post Script: Do not forget to roastthe halva patiently on low heat.
