Ive spent along time modifying my Tamiya CC-01 to become a RWD rally car.
Being a solid rear axle and incorporating from IFS it was the perfect choice to recreate a modern version of the Toyota TA64 Group B Celica.
The vehicle has the following modifications:
Rear located aluminium battery tray
Bespoke carbon decks allround
Full yeah racing suspension kit
Relocated front servo position for weight distribution
bespoke carbon steering plates to increase steering angle
Fully waterproof electronics
75mm yeah racing shocks with custom pistons and yokomo Blue o-rings
many GPM alloy parts
Rear anti roll bar modified from a rear Tamiy BBX unit
Machined steering blocks and arms for more steering angle
LG racing mudguards fitted and shaped to inner bodyshell
Tamiya Lancia wheels and rally block tyres
Celica body shell supplied by L&L models UK
