1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1¹/² tandoori masala powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
2tbsp lemon juice
1tbs for cooking oil
Chat masala
3-4 tbsp butter
Chutney
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
3 green chilli
¹/² tbsp cumin seeds
¹/⁴ tsp black salt
¹/²tsp salt
¹/² tsp chat masala
4 tbsp curd
