Ingredients:
250g Small Tapioca Pearl
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1/2 Cup Tapioca Starch
200g Mung Bean
1/3 cup Water
1 tbsp Sugar
200ml Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Water
30g Pandan leaves
20g Tapioca Shreds
1 tbsp Tapioca Starch mixed with 2Tbsp Water
Served with Roasted Crushed Peanut & Roasted Sesame Seeds.
