Dahi- 1/2 cup
Besan -1cup
Onion -1 small chopped
Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Haldi powder -1 tsp
Dhaniya powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water -5 cups

For pakoda

Besan
Salt
Red chilli powder
Haldi
Onion
Green chilli

Tadka

Onion -1/2 sliced
Zeera-1 tsp
Hing - 1 tsp
Curry leaves -3-4
Sabut lal mirch - 2-3
Methi dana-1/2 tsp
Lehsun -3-4 cloves
