In today's video we are taking you step-by-step through how to adjust the relief setting on your hydraulic valve. This video is helpful for adjusting several RuggedMade valves, both the 33-135-VALV-01 with the 1/2" work ports as well as the 33-135-VALV-02 with the 3/4" work ports. It also applies to the Prince LS3000 valve.
First we discuss why you may find yourself needing to adjust the relief setting, and we also deconstruct the valve to get a better idea of how everything works.
Finally, we show how to adjust the relief setting in both directions, when it's too loose and needs to be tightened, and when it's too tight and needs to be loosened. Check it out!
