In this episode of Telescope Tips, we discuss some simple techniques for cleaning the primary mirror of a dobsonian telescope. Dust particles can act like 'sand paper' and scratch the mirror if you're attempting to 'rub' the dust off. Instead, Ric shows you how to properly 'float off' the dust, then use distilled water and alcohol to properly rinse the mirror.
