✅For the dough:
400g flour
A pinch of salt
140g butter.
Grind into crumbs.
2 egg yolks.
160g sour cream or Greek yogurt.
Knead a smooth soft dough.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll out each part of the dough into a thin layer.
Cut into 16 equal parts.
✅For the filling:
80g roasted walnuts.
4 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven to 170-180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished bagels with powdered sugar.
