I had a great trip with relatives and friends to South Texas for a awesome dove hunt. I think that maybe the quickest I have ever shot a limit of birds.We did a lot of cooking and eating as usual. After the morning hunt we cleaned and I doubled stuffed and seasoned the doves. I cooked outside, showing the process of pot roasting the doves. They came out so good and everybody enjoyed them.
