Every year, my son and I are one of the first people to pass through the gates of the Texas Renaissance Festival as it opens, but he wasn't feeling well opeing day so I came alone. This was my daughter's favorite festival when she was alive.
We know almost everybody and it's like a second home for us as I always say.
