Welcome to the first part of an unforgettable motorcycle adventure! Join me and Dhruvkaran Mehta as we embark on an exhilarating ride on the iconic Triumph Bonneville T120. This journey, carried out in December 2024, was nothing short of spectacular.
We carefully planned the ride to ensure maximum enjoyment and safety, splitting it into two segments. In this first leg, we travel from Delhi to Chandigarh, paving the way for our scenic journey to Thachi in Himachal Pradesh, which will be featured in the next video. The idea behind splitting the journey was to escape the dense winter fog that often blankets the roads during early morning hours. This thoughtful planning not only ensured a safer ride but also allowed us to savor the journey without any rush.
The Delhi-to-Chandigarh route was a perfect start to the trip. The smooth highways, crisp winter air, and the charm of the Triumph Bonneville T120 made every mile a joy to ride. Known for its timeless design, powerful engine, and exceptional comfort, the Bonneville T120 proved to be the perfect companion for this adventure. Whether cruising at high speeds or navigating through bustling towns, the bike handled it all with unmatched ease.
We made the most of this leg by soaking in the scenic beauty along the way. The vast open fields, occasional roadside dhabas, and the camaraderie of fellow riders on the highway added to the charm of the journey. Riding in December brought its own unique vibe, with the cool breeze and the warmth of the sun combining to create an ideal riding atmosphere.
Upon reaching Chandigarh, we took some time to unwind and reflect on the ride so far. Chandigarh’s vibrant streets and its reputation as a gateway to the Himalayas set the perfect tone for the next leg of our journey. The excitement of heading to Thachi the following day kept us eagerly anticipating what lay ahead.
