2 leaves of Chinese leaf
1 tomato
½ red pepper
1 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp red curry paste
The Marinade
2 boneless chicken thighs
1 ½ teaspoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Pinch of sugar
The Sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Dash dark soy sauce
