We kicked off our time in the islands with these hidden gems in the gorgeous Phang Nga Bay - Koh Yao Yai and Koh Yao Noi. Yai is the bigger island of the two and definitely more rustic. November onwards is considered to be the dry season in the Andaman Sea, but unfortunately for us it just rained and rained while we were in Koh Yao Yai. Luckily the weather held up for most of our time on Noi, which is more developed than Yai and has a very cute vibe. There's long stretches of amazing beaches all along the eastern coast of the island and you can see all the way to Krabi. We decided to take the 5 island tour to check off the very beautiful Hong Island from our bucket list.
