hey girls, in this video I decided to cook up a new morgana support build and made her more of an enchanter to compliment her shield buffs they gave her this patch and I have to say it felt actually pretty good?? i might have to test this build out more but the games that I played so far acc felt tea with the shields but I also may be gaslighting myself omg, anyways don't take this build too serious i hope y'all enjoy the video x
