A behind the scenes look of the ups and downs of buying a sailboat. We first spoke the words "It would be awesome to have a boat" over 15 years ago. At that time it was all just a pie in the sky dream. We hadn't even sailed before. But the idea captivated us.
Then as our love for sailing and sailboats grew so did our conviction to make this happen. We tried to find a way to sail as a family but for multiple reasons it never quite worked out. Honestly this will always be a regret as it would have been epic to experience sailing the world as a family.

Now that our youngest son is off to school we have the time and space to make sailing life our reality. Being a sailing couple is going to bring some huge new challenges to us. We love sailing but we have a lot to learn. This is going to be epic.
