The first one got so much love that we had to do a part 2! In this video we're going to be further optimizing my original Trap Drum Template and making it so that Ultrabeat plays our 3rd party samples almost identical to what they sound like if you just drop an audio file into your DAW.
If you haven't watched the the first video yet I suggest you go and do that to understand the basis of what we're doing in Ultrabeat (https://youtu.be/hiUEj4koT74). In basic terms, we're stripping Ultrabeat of all of it's default parameters and modulations so that it just plays the sample as it comes in and outputs an almost identical sample, this helps to avoid clipping or adding any additional gain that we don't want. Keep in mind, there is a slight amount of compression that happens within Ultrabeat.
