We are pleased to share a special tribute to the Evergreen Chapter's founders, Carl and Merilyn Moore. A devastating diagnosis of ALS in 1994 eventually led to the support of 1000s of families over the years, living with this disease, across Washington state, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana, with the founding of the Evergreen Chapter in 1999. Their commitment to helping others live with ALS is remarkable, especially since they are dealing with all the challenges of ALS themselves.
Longtime volunteer and chapter supporter, Gail Gervin, recorded the history of the chapter in their words and has organized The Founders Fund Honoring Carl and Merilyn Moore. It has been 25 years since Carl's diagnosis. This Christmas, please consider making a $25 donation to the Founder's Fund in honor of their service. To donate to the Founder's Fund visit this link:

Please go leave a comment to Carl and Merilyn or In Memory or Honor of your loved one with ALS.
Special thanks to Gail Gervin & Becky Moore for providing the video footage used in this video.
