In this video I will be discussing the diminutive .22 short cartridge, and whether it is still useful as a hunting/pest control round. I will cover a variety of loadings, especially the short hollow-point, and some vintage offerings by different manufacturers. I will also be featuring two .22 rimfire rifles as well. The Remington 552 Speedmaster, and the bolt action Remington 581, two of America's legendary smallbore rimfires.
