The White Mountains of New Hampshire can be one of the most difficult sections of the Appalachian Trail. In this video, I’ll give you all the information I can to get you as prepared as possible. The section is rocky and physically strenuous, plus there’s also different logistics of where to stay and a higher threat from dangerous weather. I’ll give you all my tips, ideas, and suggestions for this unique and challenging section of the AT.
