🌹 Rose Petal Jam
Ingredients:
• 100 g rose petals
• 200 g sugar
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 100 ml water (if needed)
Instructions:
1. Mix rose petals with sugar and lemon juice, let sit overnight in the fridge.
2. Transfer to a pan, add a little water if needed.
3. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10–15 min, stirring.
4. Skim off any foam.
5. Pour hot jam into a sterilized jar.

🍆 Baked Eggplants with Ground Meat & Mozzarella
Ingredients:
• 2 large eggplants
• 300–400 g ground meat (beef, pork or mixed)
• 1 onion
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• 2–3 tomatoes or 150 ml tomato sauce
• 150–200 g mozzarella
• Salt, pepper, oregano, basil
• Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Cut eggplants in half lengthwise, scoop out some flesh.
2. Salt and bake for 15 min at 190°C.
3. Fry onion, garlic, and ground meat. Add eggplant flesh and tomatoes. Simmer.
4. Fill eggplant boats with meat mixture.
5. Top with mozzarella.
6. Bake for another 15–20 min at 190–200°C.

🍪 Classic Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:
• 200 g butter (softened)
• 100 g sugar
• 1 egg
• 300–320 g flour
• ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
• Pinch of salt
• Vanilla to taste
Instructions:
1. Beat butter with sugar until creamy.
2. Add egg and vanilla, mix.
3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Knead dough.
4. Chill dough for 20–30 min.
5. Roll out, cut into shapes.
6. Bake at 180°C for 12–15 min until golden at edges.
