Sometimes less is more! Having a simple rig for overlanding can be so freeing. There's less to worry about, and your gear doesn't make it into your vehicle unless it's absolutely necessary. In this video, I do a rig walk around of my minimalist overloading setup. Some items are my DIY inventions while others are the highest quality gear that money can buy. I will review my storage system, sleep setup, water storage, propane, battery and refrigeration system. If you saw my Jeep on the road, at first glance, you'd never think it was ready to go on a multi-day camping trip and capable of keeping up with more built-out rigs that have roof top tents or perhaps overloading trailers.
