Merging Chinese characters with the Latin alphabet? Danish designer Birk Marcus Hansen has a vision to dissolve the boundaries between languages. After developing a new set of Danish letters -- a "BetaBet" -- he is exploring the differences between characters and symbols. His goal? To find a way for the world's major languages approach each other in a digital world.
