The trio dive deep into the hellish nights on the ridge that the Raiders named in honor of their commanding officer, Merritt "Red Mike" Edson. The battle that raged for two consecutive nights is often viewed as the most pivotal, and crucial, battle on the land side of the campaign for Guadalcanal.
