3 years ago I tested 10 cheap gel pen brands so I could answer a common question…what are the best affordable gel pens? (Back then, the winner was Tanmit.) Recently, I have been getting that question again, so Steve and I decided it was time to run another gel pen battle to see who sells the best budget-friendly gel pens on Amazon in 2024. So we purchased with our own money 20 inexpensive gel pen sets and put them through our rigorous tests.
