We're headed to Nuevo León where out of a shack on the Ramos river, two sisters are serving up the tastiest Chile con Carne with a healthy side of sass! Just watch and you'll see what I mean... and that they're actually delightful with the most inspiring story. We also head 10 minutes down the road to Allende to eat empalmes or stacked tacos.
