1/4 cup (55g) Vegetable oil
1/4 cup (50g) Granulated sugar

1 1/3 cups (200g) Semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup (60g) Heavy cream (microwave for 20s to bring to room temp)
3/4 cup (180g) Cold heavy cream
2 Tbsp Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Ganache:
2/3 cup (100g) Milk chocolate (about 30% cocoa solids)
3 Tbsp (45g) Heavy cream (microwave for 20s to bring to room temp)
