3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
3/4 tsp yeast
1 tbsp brown sugar
warm water for mixing
1 tbsp oil,
1 tbsp curry powder,
1 tsp tumeric
3 tbsp shadon benni all together (added at intervals)
1 tbsp geera added at intervals
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
Oil for frying
1 1/2 cup channa and 1/2 cup split peas/dhal
soak with 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda
** Please take note that some tumeric/saffron powder brand may be stronger than others and may have a re action to the baking soda.
