[RECIPE IN THIS DESCRIPTION] The Best Fathead Pizza! Enjoy this in-depth recipe tutorial on how to make a fathead pizza that is so magical every single bite will have you levitating! | The Recipe | INGREDIENTS: - 200g (1 & 3/4 cups) Shredded Mozzarella - 100g (1 cup) Almond Flour - 1 heaped tsp Greek Yogurt - Coconut Flour, for dusting - Oil, for greasing - 1 tbsp Tomato Paste - 2 tbsp Water - OPTIONAL CHEESE AND TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE! METHOD: 1. In a small bowl, mix the tomato paste and water. Cook any uncooked topping ingredients, shred your choice of cheese etc. 2. In a large microwaveable safe bowl, add the mozzarella and greek yogurt. Microwave on HIGH, in 30 second increments, stirring in-between, until you have a stringy fondue-like consistency. 3. Add the almond flour and knead until you have a uniform dough ball with no mozzarella streaks. 4. Grab a healthy handful of coconut flour and add it to your dough, knead gently until some coconut flour has been absorbed but some has dusted your dough. 5. Place your dough in a large pan. Using your hands, gently mould the dough into the frying pan - trying to get it as smooth and even as possible. 6. Place the same pan on a LOW heat. Allow to warm up for a minute or so. 7. Grease the pan very lightly, then add your fathead dough. Fry for approx 5 minutes, or until the underside begins to go golden brown. 8. Flip the fathead pizza and preheat your grill/broiler to medium-high. 9. Begin applying your toppings to the pizza - first the tomato paste mixture (leaving a small space at the edges as your “crust”), then your optional cheese and toppings. 10. Place under the heated grill/broil, ensuring you don’t place the pan handle under the grills, for 3-5 minutes or until the edges are turning brown and your toppings are melted/warmed through. You should be able to rotate the pizza in the pan for a more even browning. 11. Remove from the grill/broiler, place on a board, slice into 8 pieces and enjoy!
