This swiss roll cake contains no mixes, no dairy products and no baking powder. It is made with just 3 natural ingredients and is affordable for everyone.
INGREDIENTS:
For a 25 x 40 centimetre baking dish (serves 4-6).
4 eggs M
100 gr. rice flour, corn starch or a mixture of both
100 gr. sugar
Filling and topping to taste: I used 250 gr quince cream and icing sugar.
