Preheat oven 350F/175C
Grease and line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
Makes 12 Slices at 167 calories and 2.25g carbs
Ingredients
175g Almond Flour
5 Large Eggs at room temperature
63g Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbs Sugar free Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix almond flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl until combined. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the olive oil, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar and combine. Add the dry the ingredients to the wet and mix until combined. Do not over mix.
Add dough to the bread loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
Leave in the pan to cool. Remove and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
