Tip, let your meat marinade overnight 😉 try it with chicken, for chicken no need to marinade more than 4 hours 💓
Ingredients:
3 lbs pork shoulder or chicken
7 guajillo or New Mexico chile pods
1 chile ancho
5 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
5 whole cloves
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp whole pepper
1/4 tsp whole cumin
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 serving of love 💕
