Welcome in yall! This brawler magplar build is focused toward smallscale PvP and BGs. I strongly believe THIS to be the BEST magplar build in update 44, we're sitting at 40k resistances, roughly 20k pen, 6k spell damage, and we have a plethora of major and minor buffs / debuffs that scale our damage DONE up, and our damage TAKEN wayyyy down! :)
