RECIPES:
Ingredients
For the salad
6 pickled cucumbers
2 carrots
3 large potatoes
200 g of Parisaki
Salt Pepper
100 g canned peas
3 hard-boiled eggs
For the Mayonnaise
2 eggs
400 ml seed oil
Salt
2 spoons of vinegar
2 spoons of lemon juice
1 spoon of mustard
Method
We start by chopping all our ingredients for the salad. In addition, cut the potatoes and carrots into the same size.
We then boil them until they are soft and drain them well.
Then we take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients for the salad after they have cooled and continue with the mayonnaise.
Put all the ingredients for the mayonnaise in order in a narrow container and beat with a blender until they thicken.
Add the mayonnaise to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
Finally, cover and leave for 2-3 hours in the fridge before serving.
