Iai is the latest omakase restaurant by Chef Bruce Ricketts and Jae Pickrell. The Philippines is known for its fresh seafood and beautiful produce which is celebrated in Chef Bruce’s new sushi kappo concept in BGC, Taguig.
After the success of Sensei, La Chinesca, and Ooma, Chef Bruce is now ready to reconnect with his roots as he explores the breadth of possibilities with every piece of sushi that he will serve in Iai.
