Some growers prefer the name Golden Oyster, but we have always called them Yellow Oyster. This particular mushroom is nutty and savory. An excellent variety to offer chefs.
The summer months are hot in the Okanagan, which can make it difficult to grow quality mushrooms. Over the years we have perfected our methods and have developed warm weather tolerant strains that thrive in 37 degree celcius. In this video I want to share how we grow yellow oyster mushrooms.
