The Book of Mormon is the foundational Scripture for Mormons, or members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It is believed to be translated word for word by Joseph Smith by the gift and power of God. However, the text has been changed in thousands of places since it was first published and many of the changes affect key issues such as history, prophecy, and theology. In this video, we will unpack these changes and see what they mean for our beliefs about Scripture and our relationship with God in general. For many of my points in this video, I'm indebted to some great resources by Watchman Fellowship.
