As the capital of the United Federation of Planets Earth has enjoyed over 200 years of safety and security as the fortress of the federation. The Breen attack now throws doubt on to their prior assumptions of security. forever changing the attitudes of the people of earth.
but how precisely did the breen carry out this audacious attack? and why was starfleet seemingly so ineffective in protecting their very capital?
