The Charlotte City Tote by Swoon – Canvas Tote Bag Hack & Tutorial

Today we are going to hack the Charlotte City Tote pattern by Swoon and create this gorgeous canvas tote with faux leather accents.

This tutorial was requested by some members of my Facebook Group who came across the beautiful inspiration bag on the Made by Jupiter website. There is no pattern for the original bag, so I used the Charlotte City Tote pattern from Swoon and made some modifications. In this video, I will explain what makes this bag unique, tell you what changes I made to the pattern, and show you every step of the cutting, sewing, and construction process.
