This video is a cut above most of the stuff on the market and a look at the most comprehensive physical game out there.
While there is no sound except for the motivational music you are easily able to understand the best of the video with its: dramatization clips, text, drawings and diagrams that explain many bowling concepts in ways that are easy to understand.
The video is targeted to all levels of bowling complexities from advanced bowlers to beginners. It took me almost 5 weeks (total 120 hrs) to finish this 27mins video and hopefully it will be the bowlers' and coaches' reference for many years to come. .
The Objective of all physical adjustments (including bowling) is to create the best harmony within an athlete's physiology..We study the physics requirements and application of its laws, to create harmony within the optimum system, whilst maximizing the potential forces preferred to optimize speed, leverage, fluidity & rhythmic effectiveness.
There is no right or wrong in Bowling..But there is an optimal and area of concern
