One of the most controversial aspects of mario kart 8 deluxe has to be the game’s battle mode. While most people enjoy it quite a bit, there are quite a few that say the battle modes in the older titles are much better. But what are those old battle modes? Well today I’m taking a look at super mario kart, mario kart 64, mario kart super circuit, mario kart double dash, mario kart ds, mario kart wii, mario kart 7, and the original mario kart 8 to find out how battle mode has changed over the years and why some prefer those over 8.
