LeetCode is dead. Not outdated. Not broken. Dead. And the thing that killed it? Wasn’t AI. It was Two Broke College Kids and a Screenshot Tool. And no, this isn’t one of those “LeetCode is dead—buy my course instead” gimmicks. I’m not selling you anything. I’m telling you the industry is changing. Fast. And honestly? That’s a good thing. For the past decade, LeetCode has been the ultimate gatekeeper to that sweet six-figure total compensation. It had such a chokehold on the industry that everyone tried to cash in—Clement had AlgoExpert, Joma and TechLead made AlgoPro, and Navneeth built NeetCode. Now, some of you have been telling me in the comments that my videos focus too much on Big Tech. That if I just broadened my horizons, I’d see that life is very different in startups and non-tech companies. And while you might have a point for some of my past videos, when it comes to technical interviews? Big Tech or not, LeetCode is universal. And for the most part, it’s stayed the same for decades. Sure, companies tweak things here and there, but every hiring pipeline is basically a copy-paste job. And you might hate to hear this, but that’s because it kind of worked. At least, for what it was designed to do. But tech hiring has also been a broken system for a long time. Everyone knows a brilliant engineer who got rejected over some nonsense. Someone who could actually do the job but couldn’t invert a binary tree fast enough in an interview. The same system that companies relied on for decades is now completely compromised. Not just outdated—compromised. AI has made LeetCode-style questions so easy to game that companies can’t tell who’s actually solving them anymore. So today? LeetCode isn’t just broken—it’s irrelevant. The hiring game is about to change for good and I’m going to tell you how 🔗 Grab my resume template: https://557542485850.gumroad.com/l/wgzga Follow me @ https://www.instagram.com/namanhkapur/ Timestamps: 0:00 - Intro 1:57 - Tech Unmasked 2:13 - Origins (Behavioral Round) 4:57 - Landscape Is Changing (Technical Interview) 7:31 - Testing InterviewCoder (System Design Round) 11:13 - What's Next?
