Back in the early 90's before Social Media was invented, 1-900 numbers were popular where movie stars, recording artist, would tell stories that would cost you around a dollar a minute. The key was to make your story as interesting as possible in order to keep your audience on the line. Frankie Smith decided to capitalize on this trend so he along with producer Dan McKeown spent an afternoon creating Frankie's version of what happened back then and the controversy his million selling song created. Dan just came across this lost recording recently so he threw together a fast video in order to post it on YouTube for everyone to enjoy. Unfortunately Frankie passed away on March 8, 2019.....but his legacy to Hip Hop lives on!
