The Bretons are the human race who hail from High Rock. Despite being classified as human, they are descendents of Humans and Elves who intermingled in the province of High Rock in Tamriel's early documented history. Because of this, Bretons are quite attuned to magic, unlike most humans, but hold a resistance against it unlike most Elves. This video discusses the Bretons, their history, their cultures, their pantheon, and the region of High Rock as well.
