Christmas is a time of giving. It is a time to visit with family and friends. Most importantly, it brings people together. But what does Christmas also have to offer? Trains of course! Throughout the moths of November and December, the Essex Steam Train and Riverboat, commonly referred to as "The Valley Railroad" runs "The North Pole Express" to give kids the opportunity of knowing what it was like riding on "The Polar Express." The trains carry passengers around as "The Sleepy Servers" read stories, dance and serve hot chocolate for the passengers to enjoy. When the train reaches "The North Pole" the big man in red boards the train to visit the passengers. We obviously don't film the inside of the train, we film and watch the outside. The so called "internal components to a working machine." The Valley Railroad has the timing coordinated between each move the trains make so perfectly, that on screw up can offset a whole night drastically. Lets watch this amazing operation as all three locomotives on the Valley Railroad roster make their way up and down the line, bringing cheer to the passengers who ride!
