Were back to Faber Castell today, but this time its looking at a pencil that everyone just sorta forgets about... The Goldfaber!
Positioned as a pencil just slightly below its famous big brother (the Polychromos) The Goldfaber is know for its soft laydown, intense colours, excellent lightfastness and great break resistance but everyone just sort of forgets its there!.
I have no idea why, but today we are going to do what we always do and throw a series of tests at these Forgotten Faber-Castell pencils to see exactly whats going on with them
Are they any good AND is there a reason they are forgotten?
