Cyprus Dessert Ingredients
For sherbet;
1.5 cups of sugar (270 grams)
2 cups of water (400ml)
For the cake dough;
3 eggs
Half a glass of sugar (90 grams)
Half a glass of oil (100ml)
1 package of vanilla (5 grams)
1 packet of baking powder (10 grams)
1 cup of coconut (70 grams)
1 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts (150 grams)
1 cup of breadcrumbs (100 grams)
For the custard;
5 glasses of milk (1 liter)
1 cup of starch (100 grams)
Half a glass of sugar (90 grams)
1 package of vanilla (5 grams)
For the above;
Coconut
Pistachios
Strawberry
The cake is baked for 30 minutes in a preheated 160 degree oven (without fan/upper fan).
