According to my cousin there is a secret boss within SEXDICK who you can only fight after you 100% the game and then fight the final boss again. There is no known gameplay footage of this secret boss fight due to the fact that the game would crash if you were to go to the final boss after you 100% the game. My cousin was able to retrieve the audio file that goes along with the secret boss fight. Not sure if anything got corrupted within the file but it sounds fine to me!
